House Project

A large number of the sponsored families are living in very poor conditions. They live in houses made of mud-bricks or hovels made from wood and mud, with windows covered with transparent plastic or single glass. Many houses are on the verge of collapsing and desperately need renovation or rebuilding. Sometimes families are forced out of their house by their landlord as they are unable to pay the rent, or the landlord wants to sell the house.

In these situations the CSP House Project can help. When a family is in a great need, the local contact person can apply for funds from the House Project fund. Depending on the situation a simple house or small flat can be bought, a house can be built or the old house can be renovated.
